Our Beliefs

 

AEG seeks to provide services that equal or exceed those of our competition.  To do so, we holistically approach each project and identify the most efficient method to resolve the overall condition.  As opposed to treating each project the same, we understand that each project is unique, and that there are always a variety of circumstances to be considered before taking action.  We believe firmly in the merits of proper planning and preparation, and aim to avoid creating crisis situations.  Ultimately though, when crises do come up, our experienced and dedicated team is always prepared to safely and effectively resolve any and all issues. 

The characteristic that most differentiates AEG from our competition is our aim to provide the best customer service experience available in the industry.  By developing close working relationships with our clients, we are better able to understand, and then fulfill, their needs.  We take a long term approach to our relationships with our clients, with the understanding that by keeping our clients happy, we ensure repeat business.

Along with our clients, we also greatly value our staff.  Each project that we complete is a testament to the dedication of our team members.  They serve as the vital link between us and our clients, and it is thus requisite for us to do everything we can to preserve their loyalty to both us and our clients.  By maintaining an open atmosphere within the company, our employees are encouraged to communicate with each other and with management.  In this way, we are able to deal with any conflicts that arise, and keep our team functioning optimally.

 Our third most valued asset is our knowledge of the industry.  By staying informed on the conditions of the industry, we are better able to serve the needs of our clients.  Outdated information is of use to no one, especially to our clients.  To make sure we know what we are talking about, we regularly monitor industry developments, and are constantly on the lookout for changes that could affect us or our clients.  When we provide a recommendation, we are able to stand behind it with confidence.
