SHAWN WUN, MPH, President

Shawn has more than eight years of experience in Environmental and Industrial Hygiene Consulting and is responsible for overall company operations.  He has significant experience in asbestos and lead inspection, project design, and project implementation.  He is trained and experienced in OSHA, EPA/AHERA, HUD, federal and state/local rules and regulations as pertaining to work with asbestos, lead, other hazardous materials/wastes, and underground storage tank removal, closure, and remediation projects. Shawn received his Bachelors in Chemistry from Oregon State University, and his Masters in Public Health from the University of Hawaii.

 

KUKUI AWANA, Project Manager

 

Kukui has extensive experience in all phases of asbestos, lead, and mold abatement.  He has also provided asbestos and lead training to various clients in Hawaii and Korea.  Kukui received his Bachelors in Chemistry from Lewis and Clark College.

 

JAY CHOE, Estimator

 

Jay is responsible for bidding on all city, state, and federal projects.  Cost estimations involve calculation of expenses for labor, disposal, overhead, sampling, and laboratory analysis.

 

TROY FO`I, Field Supervisor

 

Primary field manager, Troy is responsible for remediation field operations.  He has vast experience working with asbestos, lead, mold, and other hazardous materials.  AHERA and EPA certified, he is also trained to operate a variety of heavy equipment.

 

GHERLAND WHITING, Field Supervisor/Safety

 

"G" is trained and certified to work with asbstos, lead, and mold.  He is familiar with both the consulting and remediation aspects of AEG's business.  In addition, he is a front line manager during remediation activities.  He is the primary field safety person.

 

TANAE HEFFERNAN, Clerk

 

Tanae is responsible for management of the many documents flowing in and out of the front office.  She also assists both the estimating and project management departments as necessary.

 

ARCHIE YU, MS, CIH, CSP, Consultant

 

Archie is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and a Certified Safety Professional, and has extensive regulatory experience under the Department of Health.  He serves as a Disaster Safety Officer for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and has conducted numerous hazardous materials and safety reviews.  Archie received his Bachelors in Physical Science from the Brigham Young University, Hawaii, and his Masters in Environmental Health Science from the University of Kansas.
